It is time to face the facts and pay more attention to psychological health and safety in the workplace. The Mental Health Commission of Canada is proud to be a world leader in this area though the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.

Knowledge Exchange Centre (KEC)

The KEC is Canada’s only national mental health knowledge exchange centre, initiating research and disseminating Commission messages to the public using webinars, conferences, the MHCC website and social media channels in order to spark connections in the mental health community.

Additional Foundational Initiatives

The Way Forward

Over the last 10 years, the MHCC has worked hard to bring meaningful change to mental health in Canada. Now with the extension of the mandate of the Commission for 10 more years, and the release of the MHCC’s 2017-2022 Strategic Plan and of Advancing the Mental Health Strategy for Canada: A Framework for Action, a course has been set out for working with partners to achieve our vision: mental health and wellness for all.
